Section 117
Refund Expiration
(1) After completing the procedure according to this paragraph, the parties to the case may file an application with the court at any time before the trial regarding the non-compliance with the deadline or the non-compliance with the deadline.
(2) If the court determines that the application filed under sub-section (1) is reasonable, the court may cancel the deadline set by the petitioner and reschedule the deadline or order the relevant party to be notified of the deadline.
(3) Regardless of what is written in sub-section (1) or (2), if it is found that the court did not comply with the deadline set in accordance with this paragraph, such deadline shall be revoked and the order shall be re-ordered.
